1) Shipping & Processing

Orders are usually processed within 3 business days. Shipping is a flat-rate estimation. I ship worldwide via Canada Post or UPS/FedEx (depending on location), and all shipments are tracked to protect both parties.

Location: Based in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada.
Refunds & Adjustments: I refund shipping differences greater than $4 and will invoice you for shipping cost differences over $4.

Local Pickup:

Free contactless porch pickup available for Durham Region residents.

2) Custom Orders

Almost all products are available for custom order if you have a preferred color, theme, or specific need.

Turnaround Time: 4–6 weeks. Rush orders may be possible (for an additional fee).
Payment: Custom orders must be paid in full before creation.
Craftsmanship: Every piece is handmade with the same care and attention I put into making clothing for my own children.

3) Payment Methods & Currency

I accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)
  • PayPal
  • E-transfers (Canada only)
    All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian dollars).

4) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the custom and handmade nature of my products:

  • Custom orders are non-refundable.
  • For non-custom items, I accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5) Care Instructions

To keep your handmade items looking their best:

  • Clothing: Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. Lay flat or hang to dry.
  • Specialty fabrics or drag costumes: Spot clean or dry clean only unless otherwise noted.
  • Repairs: I offer free repairs for drag costumes I’ve created—just contact me.

6) Gift Options

 I offer gift wrapping and custom notes upon request.
